If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it or refund it (depending on stock and the situation).
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading over time, minor scuffs)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Incorrect model selection/compatibility issues
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email support@hanadelward.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video showing the issue
- A short description of the problem
