Coverage

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it or refund it (depending on stock and the situation).

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading over time, minor scuffs)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Incorrect model selection/compatibility issues

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email support@hanadelward.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video showing the issue
  • A short description of the problem
