Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP at support@hanadelward.com. Once shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Email us immediately with your order number. If the order has already shipped, the carrier may not allow changes.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery times and customs fees vary by country.
My tracking isn’t updating — is that normal?
Yes. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If it hasn’t moved for several days, contact us.

What is your return window?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (unused, original packaging).
How long do refunds take?
