Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships:

  • Local / Domestic: 2–7 business days
  • International: 5–20 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Any free shipping offers (if available) will be shown automatically at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra days for carrier delays. If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you file a carrier claim and find a resolution.
