Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Used, damaged, or altered items (unless faulty upon arrival)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@hanadelward.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us the reason for your return and include photos if the item arrived damaged.
  3. We’ll reply with return instructions (and a return address, if applicable).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
